We stand behind the quality of Zafran Royal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any of the reasons listed below, we will work with you to make it right.

ELIGIBLE FOR A FULL REFUND
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

You are eligible for a full refund or replacement if:

• You received the wrong product or wrong size
• Your order arrived damaged or the seal was broken on delivery
• Your order was lost in transit and not delivered within 10 business days
• The product was defective or had an unusual smell/appearance on arrival

To request a refund for any of the above, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email with a photo of the product and your order number.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Due to the nature of food and health products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Products that have been opened and used
• Change of mind after the order has been dispatched
• Dissatisfaction with results — natural products work differently for each individual and results vary based on lifestyle, diet, consistency of use, and health conditions
• Orders where incorrect delivery information was provided by the customer

EXCHANGE POLICY
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

If you ordered the wrong size (for example Al Awal instead of Al Sultani), we can exchange an unopened, sealed jar within 7 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Once we receive the unopened product in its original condition, we will dispatch the correct item.

CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS

For COD orders: if you refuse delivery without a valid reason, we reserve the right to restrict future COD orders from that address.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Step 1 — Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
Step 2 — Send your order number + a clear photo of the product
Step 3 — We will review and respond within 24 hours
Step 4 — If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer.
